        Subject to customer’s requirements and confirmation samples. All products are in compliant with US and EU chemical restriction and regulation (CPSIA, REACH…).
    5. Customer service:
        -R&D Sample lead time 15 days-30 days from order date (SO date).
        -Prototype samples, show samples, fit samples, confirmation samples…are offered free of charges.
        -Sales samples, sample shipping fees and new mold charges are for customer A/C.
        -Customer on-site inspection facilities/ office and team service are offered for permanent annual order quantity up to 300K-400K.
